Wordpress.com provides few extra options that you can use to refine your post before publishing it for the whole world to see. Please be aware that these settings are applied only to the post you are working on. They do not apply to any future or past posts you make. These options can be found on the Add New Post page (click the Add New link on the Posts menu).
